Features
Instruct some loan-related contents for individual customers to acquire and repair properties at commercial property projects that as of loan date, such properties are not recognized with ownership
Eligibility conditions
- Full satisfaction to the customer’s loan eligibility conditions under applicable regulations of VietinBank
- Execution of Sales Contract/Transfer Contract or Deposit Document for execution of Sales Contract/Transfer Contract as of appraisal date
- Full satisfaction of Collaterals conditions under applicable regulations of VietinBank
Application procedures
- Legal documents: ID card/Citizen ID card/Passport; Certificate of Marriage/Single Status, Certificate of Business Registration, etc.
- Facility documents: Loan request forms cum Loan/Loan Repayment Plans, loan plans, Sales Contracts/Transfer Contract of sales contract, payment vouchers, etc.
