How to receive money

• Visit VietinBank website (www.ebanking.vietinbank.vn), login IPAY, select Financial Transactions - Western Union Service.
• Select suitable beneficiary account (VND or USD account).
• Complete the required information: Tax code, Amount, Destination Country for receipt
• If you fail to provide accurate information required by the system, your account shall not be directly credited and then you shall be notified to visit VietinBank branches/transaction office/saving fund for receipt.

* Notes: According to new policy of Western Union, the Beneficiary's Account number may be provided to Western Union and the Customer’s surname/family/last name against transfered amount with declared “surname/family/last name” upon account opening must be well matched (Click here for more details)
