Remittance

• Step 1: Visit your nearest Western Union transaction outlet.
• Step 2: Complete “Remittance sheet” for beneficiary information: Full name, address, ID card/Passport No.
• Step 3: Retain receipt with remittance code (MTCN), including 10 digits.
• Step 4: Advise the Beneficiary about transferred amount and code.

Receive money via Western Union service

• The beneficiary may visit any VietinBank Branches or transaction offices, nationwide, present the ID card/ Passport, complete “Money Receipt” and provide Remittance Code, accurately.
• The beneficiary shall be fully paid with USD or VND amount at their choice without any additional fee.
