Term saving certification service at counter for e-saving transactions is the fact that VietinBank certifies the balance as of saving deposit account is electronically activated on VietinBank’s e-transaction channels for inquiry purposes at the customer’s request. Certification is provided under empty form designed and printed by VietinBank. VietinBank shall be paid with a fee under VietinBank’s regulations from time to time.

Certification Request of Term Saving Deposit is made for e-saving transaction by the individual customers having active term saving deposit account on VietinBank iPay/ATM channel to activate the service
