In order to serve electronic identification and authentication activities in administrative procedure settlement, public administrative services, and other transactions on the electronic environment, the Ministry of Public Security developed and established VNeID application on digital devices. At the same time, VNeID also develops other utilities to serve agencies, organizations, and individuals.

VietinBank has linked its customers' payment accounts on VNeID so that customers can receive social security allowances, pay for public services (retirement salary, allowances for the poor, the contributors, etc.) via the linked payment accounts. The time of payment depends on the progress of the deployment of related departments, ministries, and sectors.

Accordingly, please follow the instructions below to link customer accounts:

• Step 1: Visit VNeID.
• Step 2: Select "Social security", "Register for linking social security accounts"/or "Change social security beneficiary account".
• Step 3: Select "VietinBank" as the linking bank and enter the linked payment account number.
• Step 4: Customers will receive notifications on the result of the linking registration (successful/failed) on VNeID.
