VietinBank continues lending preferential policies to real estate developer and social house buyers
In 2024, Vietinbank will continue to implement a support program for investors and buyers of social housing, with a scale of up to VND 30,000 billion and preferential interest rates.

    • In 2023, VietinBank pioneered the implementation of a preferential loan program for social housing, workers' housing, renovation projects, and the rebuilding of old apartment buildings in accordance with Resolution No. 33/NQ-CP. In 2024, VietinBank will continue to implement the Program with an even more preferential interest rate.

    Specifically, the lending interest rate applied from January 1, 2024, to June 30, 2024, for project investors and homebuyers in the projects is 8%/year and 7.5%/year, respectively. After this period, from July 1, 2024, VietinBank will announce the lending interest rate for the Program implementation period every 6 months.

    The Program offers a preferential interest rate for investors within 3 years and homebuyers within 5 years when investing in/buying social housing projects, workers' housing projects, renovation projects, and the rebuilding of old apartment buildings. The program scale is up to VND 30,000 billion, effective until December 31, 2030.
