DICA (Direct Investment Capital Account)

Features
- Current Vietnam Dong (VND) or Foreign Currency (FCY) account opened and maintained by foreign –invested enterprises or foreign investors at an authorized bank to perform transactions related to foreign direct investment activities in Vietnam.
- Currency: VND, USD, EUR, other foreign currency permitted by the State Bank of Vietnam.
- Note: Only one (01) direct investment account can be opened for one (01) currency at one (01) authorized bank.
Eligibility conditions
- Enterprise with foreign direct investment capital (FDI Enterprise) according to the law.
- Foreign investors participating in business cooperation contract (BCC) in Vietnam or implementing public private partnership contract (PPP) in case of not establishing a project company.
