- Based on the Charter of organization and operation of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade;
- Based on Circular No. 21/2013/TT-NHNN dated September 09, 2013 of the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam on regulations on the network of commercial banks' operations;
- Based on Decision No. 748/TGĐ-NHCT-NS1 dated April 28, 2023 of the General Director of the Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade on changing the name and location of Dong Da Transaction Office;
- Based on Decision No. 749/TGĐ-NHCT-NS1 dated April 28, 2023 of the General Director of the Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade on changing the location of Cam Le Transaction Office;

1. Change of name and location of Dong Da TO of VietinBank Da Nang. Details are as follows:
a) Old name: Dong Da TO
Old address: 1 - 3 Dong Da Street, Thach Thang Ward, Hai Chau District, Da Nang City
b) New name: Hoa Vang TO
New address: 480 Pham Hung Street, Hoa Phuoc Commune, Hoa Vang District, Da Nang City.
2. Official operation date: Hoa Vang TO will officially operate at the new location from May 22, 2023.
