Two products and services of VietinBank were honored at the 2024 Sao Khue Award including VietinBank eFAST - a Digital Banking Service for Corporate Customer- and VietinBank iPay Mobile - a Digital Banking Application.

2022 was recognized with the official launch of VietinBank eFAST on new platform - Global Transaction Banking Platform - with faster, more user-friendly, easier-to-use, smarter and customized processing speed by the customer’s use habits. Thanks to its outstanding features, VietinBank eFAST become the enterprises’ “digital assistant” from digital banking.
VietinBank eFAST digital banking platform was characterized by the market's leading processing spreed, reducing time from 1/3 second to 1/6 seconds per transaction. Over 30,000 transactions/files may be responded for the 24/7 automatic salary payment transactions and at most 5,000 transactions/files were processed for the file-based money transfer transaction to help the bulk payment operations to be easiest.

The 21st Sao Khue Awards Election Ceremony was officially launched on January 9, 2024 under the sponsor by the Ministry of Information and Communications. After nearly 3 months of launching, the 2024 Sao Khue Award recognized the ever-highest record on participatory subscription nominations with 340 profiles. Through 3 rounds of pre-qualification, representation and final selection, 169 nominations were selected by the National Selection Council from 117 businesses to deliver the 2024 Sao Khue Awards.
Being honored at the 2024 Sao Khue Awards was the great recognition and motivation for VietinBank eFAST and VietinBank iPay Mobile to continue upgrading, renovating and improving the quality to the highest satisfaction of any customers’ demands.
